Note that both datasets are condensed versions of the original datasets.
R Code for Analyses in Paper
There are three R scripts that were used in the paper:
Note that the trees that appear in the paper were constructed in Microsoft Word. Code to generate the trees in R is given in each script. Figures 4,6, and 8 were generated directly in R--the code for each can be found in the respective scripts.
