  1. I teach Strategy Formulation in the MBA (B6701) and EMBA (B7017) core at Columbia Business School. This first-year required course is a case-discussion based class designed to answer the question: Why do some firms make money, while others do not? Some example of firms discussed in the class:

       
  




I received the Dean’s Award for Teaching Excellence in 2008 for my teaching in the core.


I have also taught in various Executive Education programs, including the Columbia Senior Executive Program (CSEP), Center for Curatorial Leadership Program, and the Ariane de Rothschild Fellows Program for Social Entrepreneurship.
