I graduated from the Electronics Engineering Department (EED) of ULUDAG University (UU), Bursa, Turkey in 2002, learned English at ELP program of University of Pennsylavania from 08/2003-02/2004. I received my M.S degree, concentrated on Circuit Design, at Columbia University in May 2006. Currently I am a Ph.D. student at Columbia University under Prof. Zukowski's supervising at Columbia Integrated Systems Lab (CISL). I am working on gate leakage reduction of MOS transistor in submicron technologies via Monotonic Static Circuit Design (MS-CMOS) circuit technique.
