Keansub Lee

I am currently a Ph.D candidate in the department of Electrical Engineering at Columbia University, and working with Prof. Dan Ellis as a graduate research assistant in the Laboratory for the Recognition Organization of Speech and Audio (LabROSA) .

My research is primarily focused on analyzing environmental sounds; automatically indexing, searching and retrieving some interesting events related with people's activities, locations or contents (i.e, 'birthday', 'beach',  'crowd', 'playground', 'park', 'ski', 'dancing',  'cheering',  'speech' and 'music') in real-world sound archives.
