Research Groups
Activities include the development of novel circuit and signal processing techniques and of computer-aided-design tools. The central research theme of the Columbia Integrated Systems Laboratory (CISL) is the design of integrated circuits (ICs). The application areas range from analog and digital to mixed-mode and RF integrated circuits. The research activities often span over different research groups.
