Action Project: What is it like to participate in the political process?

The culminating project of the semester for the Participation in Government students was the Action Research Project, which required them to extend and apply the information they discovered during their Citizen Movement Project. The purpose of this project is to give students an opportunity to experience, first-hand, participation in the political process. Each group had to identify an issue they were interested in, research the issue, plan a course of engagement, prepare a presentation and log of their experiences.
