Recently we moved from Greenwich Village to Midtown and I was amazed to find
a field on 11th Ave. that is actually big enough for small rubber-powered planes. Here
are some shots of one recent (Sept 2003) flying session. In the first, I'm assembling the
24" wingspan Flying Aces Moth. The next picture shows the Moth climbing out on
a nice flight.
