Chicken with Raspberry and Onion 1 pound Chicken breast 1/2 tsp salt pepper olive oil 1/2 cup sliced onion 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam 1 TBS soy sauce 1 TBS red wine vinegar 1 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp rosemary Cook onion in the oil about 2 minutes. Add chicken and saute for about 8 minutes. Remove both from pan. Add jam, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, ginger and rosemary to pan. Stir and combine. Add chicken and onions back to pan and cook for 4 minutes.
