Taco Pie l lb. chopped beef 1/2 C. chopped onions Salsa 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning 3/4 c. water 1 c. shredded chedder 1 c. chopped lettuce 1 1/2 c. chopped tomatos Pinto beans Crust: 1 3/4 - 2 cups flour 1 quick rise yeast 1 T. sugar 2 t. finely chopped onion 3/4 t. salt 2/3 c. warm water 2 T. oil 1/2 c. crushed corn chips (I've never used this) Combine flour, yeast, sugar, onion & salt. Add warm water & oil. Stir in corn chips and enough remaining flour to make stiff batter. Spread in well greased pie pan forming a ridge. Cover and let sit 10 minutes. Spread browned and cooked meat filling over dough. Bake 30-35 min. 375 until edge is crisp and light brown. Sprinkle cheese, lettuce & tomatoes on top.
