W-SR test assembly involves tasks such as giving the test a title, physically arranging the items to fit the test’s purposes, writing directions to facilitate optimal responses from examinees, and developing an answer key. The best reviewers for classroom assessment tools would be peer teachers and individuals with some knowledge of validation.
