Organization of the data set in appropriate ways helps in the computation of various statistics, while simultaneously giving information on the group. The chapter illustrated three methods for organizing data:

• Rank Order distributions
  
• Simple (Ungrouped) Frequency Distributions, and
  
• Grouped Frequency Distributions.
  

Of these, the most useful arrangement was the Simple Frequency Distribution.
