Comment by mdt:  *Very* important statement by the Senior Editor of the
JVS.  This is not a technical paper, and I recommend it for reading by laypersons
trying to formulate their own opinions about the pros and cons of endovascular 
repairs.

Comment by mdt:  The Dartmouth group under Cronenwett continues to make 
thoughtful contributions to the dialogue re endovascular repair.  I agree with
their conclusions.
