ITER Forum Registration

We ask all interested participants to register using this on-line form as soon as possible and no later than Friday, April 25, 2003. Those attending the U.S. ITER Forum will be asked to pay a $150 registration fee upon arrival. This fee will help cover meeting expenses. Checks only will be accepted as payment. Those who register using this form will receive additional information by email.

The information that you provide below will also help the Organizing Committee schedule presentations and discussions. If you wish to make an oral presentation, you must register by Friday, April 25, 2003 by completing the boxes below.

If your registration status changes, you should use this form again to submit any revisions. All particpants must make their own lodging reservations at the Inn and Conference Center or at other nearby hotels.
