UNIDRV README:

The brief instructions for collating Unicode using the unidrv applet are contained in unidrv.txt and are as follows:

1. Right-click/Control-click on the link for Tibetan.dat to "Download target to... / Save link as..." the file to local hard-drive.

2. In your input file, place each item to be sorted on a new line.
If needed, use '##' to mark end-of-sort-string within an item.
For any item in which ## does not appear, the entire item (until end-of-line) will be considered in collation.

3. The command for executing Tibetan collation utility (DOS/UNIX/"Terminal" command line) is:

unidrv -ct tibetan.dat YourUNicodeUTF8InputFilename YourUnicodeUTF8OutputFilename
