K4315 Business Information, Documents, and Materials

The course focuses on finding business information and understanding it well enough to address business issues and solve business problems. Presented with cases and problems drawn from the business world, students locate accurate, reliable, and germane business information and analyze that information in ways that solve the problems at hand. Readings, assignments, and guest speakers train students to look effectively and efficiently for business information in a wide array of sources. The course teaches students how to parse large volumes of data and analyze information in light of a particular problem.
