- Thaw the roast (takes a few hours).
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Don't put it higher. If
you want put it at 325.
- Put the meat on a piece of foil. Fold up the edges. This
will help keep the real pan clean.
- Stick the meat thermometer into the roast. Not more than
half-way through. The indicator in set at beef-medium.
- Pour some liquid on the roast, like worstershire sauce or
pineapple juice, on the roast. Stick the pan in the oven. It
should take at least an hour. The roast is done when the
thermometer points to the outside indicator. You can take it
out when it is between rare and medium if you want it less
done.
- Once you take the roast out, it will still cook a little
from the heat.
- Don't forget to turn the oven off.
- Slice. Can be reheated in the liquid for leftovers. Can
also be eaten cold.
