• Throtoxicosis: Increased sex-binding globulins alter free estrogen levels and prevent LH surge during late follicular phase

• Primary Hypothyroidism: Increased TRH stimulated prolactin release seulting in decrease GNRH release, decreased pituitary response to GNRH, decreased ovarian steroid synthesis, and increased adrenal androgen production

• Polyendocrine Syndrome Type I
