Hyperpigmentation: “bronze DM” secondary to iron deposition and melanin

Endocrine:
DM: Deposition of iron beta cells with decreased insulin and C-peptide
Hypogandism: Generally hypogoantotropic seccondary to deposition of iron in pituitary; occasionlly primary
