I am currently an NSF Postdoctoral Fellow in Institute for Mathematics and Its Applications (IMA) at University of Minnesota. I obtained my PhD in June 2011 in Department of Industrial Engineering and
Operations Research at
Columbia University, where I was supervised by Donald Goldfarb.
Research area: Theory and Algorithms for Large-Scale Optimizatoin and
Applications in Medical Imaging, Compressed Sensing, Matrix Completion, Machine
Learning, Data Mining, Computer Vision and Finance.
