In the summer of 2009 and 2010, he held internship positions with IHP Microelectronics, Frankfurt (Oder), Germany, where he worked on RF modelling of high-quality inductors and BEOL embedded mm-Wave MEMs switches, respectively. From 2010 to 2012, he was a research assistant with Sabanci University and worked on the design of SiGe BiCMOS front-end circuits for X-band phased arrays. In the summer of 2015, he was a Design Engineering Co-Op at Texas Instruments, Dallas, TX, USA. In the summer of 2016, he was a Research Summer Intern at IBM T.J. Watson Research Center,Yorktown Heights, NY, USA. His current research interest focuses on end-to-end design of mm-Wave integrated systems in silicon for enabling next generation wireless applications.
