Welcome to EAGLET
EAGLET (Efficient Analysis of Genetic Linkage: Testing and Estimation) is a fast,
flexible, and powerful program for finding disesae-related genes in the human
genome. Even if you are an experienced gene-mapper, I recommend that you read the
simplified snippets of EAGLET's main features: testing,
estimation,
meta-analysis, subsampling, and linkage
disequilibrium.
Use this link to download eaglet-v1.3.tar.gz (for
Linux or Mac OSX), unzip and
untar the archive, enter the EAGLET directory, and type: make. Follow instructions
from there.
