Education

Ph.D in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research (Expected 2022), Columbia University, NY

Master of Science (2017), Operations Research, Columbia University, NY

Bachelor of Science (2014), Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, Tongji University, Shanghai

          About Me

I am a second year Ph.D. student at Industrial Engineering and Operations Research Department, Columbia University, where I am working with Prof. Ward Whitt and Prof. Jing Dong. Before that, I earned my bachelor degree in Mathematics from Tongji University and master degree in Operations Research from Columbia University. My primary research focuses on the intersection of queueing theory, applied probability and optimization to explore extreme performance of complex queueing systems under uncertain quantifications. Additionally, I am quite interested in designing and analyzing stochastic models for service operations. I am currently working on exploring extremal queues given partial information.
