An R package titecrm containing functions for the implementation of the time-to-event continual reassessment method and calibration tools for phase I clinical trials can be downloaded from the Comprehensive R Archive Network (CRAN) .

For Windows, the library can be downloaded from within R GUI (version 2.3.1 or later): click Packages/Install package(s), choose a mirror site, and look for titecrm. The time-to-event continual reassessment method (TITE-CRM) is a fully sequential design that updates our belief about dose-toxicity relationship as we accrue patients during a trial. The titecrm library also features sensitivity analysis of a dose-toxicity model in the CRM, coherence of a two-stage CRM, and CRM simulators.
