The 2019 Ambassador Donald and Vera Blinken Lecture on Global Governance features an address by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, titled "NATO: Maintaining security in a changing world". Description: The changing global balance of power and disruptive new technologies are increasing instability around the world. A strong and united NATO remains the best way to protect our open, democratic societies. Moderator: Jan Svejnar, James T.
