The Center for Iranian Studies has an ongoing fund raising program for the Encyclopaedia Iranica project. We urge you to support research on Persian history and culture by making
donations to Columbia University or the Encyclopædia Iranica
Foundation, both tax exempt organizations. Checks can be drawn to either:
1) the order of
Encyclopaedia Iranica Foundation which is a not-for-profit 501 (c)(3)
organization
or
2) the order of “Columbia University” specifying in
the memo line “for the Encyclopaedia Iranica project.”

You may also make a

online gift to the Encyclopaedia
Iranica through Columbia

using your credit card. All contributions will be efficiently used
for
the production and publication of the electronic and print editions of
the Encyclopaedia Iranica. These
donations will also count towards the matching funds we are required to
raise by the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) to meet the
terms of our NEH grant.

To assist the aim of the Encyclopædia Iranica, please subscribe to
it and encourage your local libraries, colleges, and universities to do
the same. All volumes previously out of print are now available.
Prices:
Volumes I-V are $340.00 per volume
Volumes VI-XIV are $250.00 per volume
Please note that each copy of the Encyclopædia Iranica
costs nearly $750.00 to produce. The price of each copy is over
two-thirds below the cost because of grants, subsidies, and donations.
