The purpose of this club is to provide weather related information to the Columbia community and beyond via the $4500 AWS weather station donated by NBC and installed on the 16th floor of Mudd.

NYC's dry spell of 26 continuous days with no measurable amount of precitiation came to an end on May 18, where a little over 0.05" fell in Central Park.
