The Center is in the process of collecting a comprehensive set of English language articles on Korean law. The research assistants at the Center are working dilligently to create a short synopsis for each article, and we will be posting the abstracts as they become available. Please be aware that these abstracts do not come from the authors, editors or publishers of the articles and only reflect the opinions of the research assistants. Some of these articles may be found at law libraries and through on-line services, such as LEXIS/NEXIS and Westlaw. For your reference, we have included cites where available. Feel free to drop by the Center office if you wish to take a look at the articles. The Center is now offering two ways of searching for an articles. You can either look at the table of contents or search for key words. |
