Caroline Bryk
Part-time Project Manager
Caroline Bryk is a Project Manager at LIRSM. She is the lead researcher for the program, Bridge to the PhD, which aims to enhance the participation of students from underrepresented groups in Ph.D. programs in the natural sciences. Caroline received her B.A., magna cum laude and phi beta kappa, in Psychology from Columbia College in 2014, and spent the following year teaching first grade at Success Academy Harlem 5. Her research interests lie in the intersection of cultural and organizational psychology.
