The floating colors

It is in fact photography, but ....

                                              .... on the first sight, one takes it for oil painting.

Textural, sensual, a wash of colors. Usually abstract .... sometimes impressionist ....with splashes of bright color.

Subliminally one recognizes the mixture of tranquility and dynamics one experiences with waves in water ... the photos are detailed looks at bodies of water:

• - sometimes they are recognizable reflections,
• - other times jagged or rounded forms of color,
• - often viewed from an unexpected perspective,
• - often collaged to show the poetry of similar form.
