2000-07-26 Clinical Information LLQ MASS ON EXAM Axial CT images through the abdomen and pelvis were performed after the administration of oral and intravenous contrast. Pre intravenous contrast images were also obtained through the liver. The lung bases appear unremarkable. The liver, spleen, pancreas, and kidneys appear unremarkable. A right adrenal mass is identified. It measures approximately 2 cm. It measures 40 HU on precontrast images with enhancement after contrast injection. The bowel is normal in caliber. No masses are seen in the left lower quadrant. Bilateral adnexal cysts are seen which are likely functional.
