• Size >2 cm

• CT Density >10 HU (without contrast)

• >40 HU (after contrast)

• Appearance Inhomogeneous with cystic areas

• Hemorrhage, necrosis, calcifications

• Growth Slow increase

• MRI Hyperintense T2 weighted images
