2004-06-12 Abdomen Impression: Right adrenal mass unchanged from 1/3/03 likely representing a benign adenoma. Comparison is with a prior CT from 1/3/03. Findings of abdominal CT: the liver has a homogeneous appearance with no focal masses. There is a 2.9 x 2.4 cm enhancing right adrenal mass which is unchanged in size from the prior CT. This mass is smoothly marginated with no visible infiltration into the surrounding fat. There is no abnormal abdominal lymphadenopathy and bone windows are normal.
