Chronic Urticaria

• If persists beyond 6 weeks

• If not responsive to anti-histamines

• • Check labs (CBC w/diff, LFT’s, TFT’s, stool for O&P, ANA)
  • Hepatitis, HIV
  • Check CXR
  • Age appropriate cancer screenings
  • Referral to allergist or dermatologist
