Orchiopexy and Risk Testicular Cancer:

Age ≥ 13 RR 5.4 (3.2-8.6) (Pettersson et al NEJM 2007)
Contralateral: 10-25% (Cromie et al 1986)
Intratubular Germ Cell Neoplasia Uncalssified Type (ITGCNU);
Premaligmant condition found in 8% men with cryptoorchidism (Giwercman et al J Urol 1989)
