Head MRI
The T1-weighted precontrast sagittal image demonstrates loss of expected pituitary bright spot, most consistent with known history of neurogenic DI. Slight thickening of pituitary stalk with expected enhancement is noted, but no clear-cut evidence of mass orenhancing lesion is identified within the sella or in the suprasellar region. The ventricles and cisterns are unremarkable. There is no evidence of mass, hemorrhage, or infarct. No focus of abnormal contrast enhancement is noted within the brain or meninges.
