mask.txt from Geert Jan on 2020-07-19 is used in wymake_mask.py to generate nc files of mask for both AM2.5C360 and FLOR output data.

mask.txt -> wymaks_mask.py -> mask_p5_3E7E48N52N.nc and mask_p25_3E7E48N52N.nc -> mask_precip_*.py -> data_precip_*.masked.nc
