Networking > Apartments > Wireless in Columbia Apartments Older Supported Routers and Non-supported Routers Through January 1, 2010, we will make an in person visit to set up older CUIT-supported routers for the standard site visit fee (1 hour minimum charge). The hardware warranty will not apply. In the case of a hardware problem, we will refer the customer to the vendor. After January 1, 2010, we will no longer set up older supported routers. We will continue to troubleshoot problems for these older routers for the standard hourly rate. For non-supported routers, we will provide best effort phone support up to 15 minutes and in person support up to 1 hour for the standard site visit fee through January 1, 2010. After that date we will only service CUIT supported routers. Older Supported Routers:
