Forrest Gander: The Future of the Past: Ecology and Poetry

Forrest Gander is the award-winning author of ten books of poetry including Science and Steepleflower, Lynchburg and Torn Awake. He is also the author of the novel As a Friend, a book of essays, poetry in translation, and numerous reviews. He currently teaches at Brown University.
