The 13th International p53 Workshop May 20-24th 2006 will be held at Lerner Hall at Columbia University in New York City. In keeping with the tradition of previous p53 workshops this conference will consist of invited presentations, short talks chosen from the abstracts and poster sessions. There will be a conference banquet and another evening event. The workshop is intended for basic and applied scientists and we particularly welcome the participation of graduate students and postdoctoral fellows. We expect this to be an exciting meeting with new findings related to p53 including structure, cell biology, animal models and clinical studies.
Lerner Hall at Columbia has an up-to-date conference facility, poster viewing stations, and food services. Rooms at the newly renovated Carmen dormitory on Columbia Campus will be available at a very affordable price for conference attendees. Additional housing at other Upper West Side Hotels will also most likely be available. Finally, as an added bonus, there is no city like New York!
