1. Urban '08: New York Stock Exchange

FRIDAY, Jan. 26th 12:30 to 4:00pm

Hosted by a member of our 1958 Grandfather Class, our first Urban '08 event of the semester will be a trip to the NYSE and a tour of the trading floor! Students who participate in this trip are expected to complete the first three chapters (13 pages) of  A Guide to NYSE Marketplace in advance of the trip to partake in a workshop . Business attire is required.

Because of tight security at the NYSE, there are some guidelines:

At the request of the New York Stock Exchange, this event is limited to students pursuing a career in finance or a related field. There are twenty spaces available and they will be given on a first-come basis. Only register if you are certain you are able to participate. Registration closes on Monday, January 15th. If you would like to participate and can absolutely commit to the event, please CLICK HERE to register.

Because of the strict security enforced at the Exchange, we are required to submit the guest list with names, dates of birth, and social security numbers of the participants a full ten days before the event.
