Alex Katz is a freshman at the Joint Program between Columbia and JTS. Growing up in the Midwest in Dayton, Ohio where no one funny has ever been, Alex was able to grow up with a strong background in comedy. Actually, settling for musical and more standard performance theatre in Dayton, Alex made the decision upon his arrival to Columbia to begin the more sophisticated form of performing: sketch comedy.
