Before arriving at immigration on the cold, dark shores of Ellis
Island, Sarah enjoyed playing croquet, drinking tea with the queen,
and having teenage pregnancies. But, as stereotypes got old, she saw
her life as having a higher purpose and knew that in this foreign
land she could entertain by just opening her mouth. Having
recognised her calling, she trundled off to New York, sacrificing
the london debutante lifestyle for something altogether grimier,
seedier and downright better.
