NU2013 Spring Workshop:

The Registration schedule and fees are shown below

· Full registration covers:

ü Thursday April 18^th: Reception sit-down dinner (with gourmet food and wine)

ü Friday April 19^th: deluxe continental breakfast and two upgraded coffee breaks, lunch buffet and dinner banquet (with gourmet food and wine)

ü Saturday April 20^th: deluxe continental breakfast and coffee breaks

ü Attendance/participation in the workshop technical program

· Partial registration options: two other registration options are available for reduced fees:

ü Option 1: covers the reception dinner on Thursday (April 18^th) AND the dinner banquet on Friday (April 19^th).

ü Option 2: covers only the reception dinner on Thursday (April 18^th) OR the dinner banquet on Friday (April 19^th).

IMPORTANT: if you choose this option, please let us know (by email and the registration form) which dinner you will be attending.

ü NOTE: both options do not cover attendance/participation in the workshop technical program

· Payments: Checks and bank wire transfers are accepted.

Checks: (preferred method of payment)

ü The check should be addressed to “Northwestern University” with a memo of

“Computational Mechanics Workshop - ME”.

ü Note: additional $25 processing fee should be added to all bank wire transfers
