I thought you might want to update the information you have on Guy 
Sircello, my former husband who died five years ago of Aids. Guy received 
his PhD from Columbia in Philosophy and was just in the process of 
retiring from his position as Professor in the Philosophy Department at 
University of California at Irvine when he died. He had helped found the 
Philosphy Department there back in 1966, and had been Dean of 
Undergraduate Studies as well as Chair of the Department during his 
tenure. He was the author of two books, "Mind and Art" and "Love and 
Beauty" which were highly aclaimed. Sharon Toji
