  • Shabbat: Help The Old Broadway Syngagogue Make a Minyan and Enhance the Atmosphere -
Located on Old Broadway Street between Broadway and Amsterdam on 125 St., Old Broadway Synagogue, under the influence of Rabbi Kret, developed an atmosphere of tolerance and friendship. However, over the past few years they have been struggling to make a minyan, especially at Kabbalat Shabbat, Mincha/Mariv Shabbat, and Sunday Shakharit. Anyone interested in helping this community by signing up for services (one shabbat at a time, not for the whole semester!) would be doing a big mitzvah, and will find a big welcome (not to mention the great Shala Shudes and breakfast after Sunday Shakharit). Women are welcome to enhance the atmosphere as well. Sign up using this link: https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0Akg19GwixS4mdEhqV25zNHpNdC1JVWpVcGwyUjY0NlE&hl=en&authkey=CNrW6IsC.
