Wing Chun Kuen has three empty-hand forms:

Advanced Wing Chun students also train with an apparatus known as the Mook Yan Jong (Wooden Man), and with weapons.

For beginners in Wing Chun, the following material will be covered during the first semester:

Form Siu Nim Tao (All three parts, applications)

Returning students advance according to a standardized curriculum and through tests administered at the Academy.
