De-Install "NER" Title From CD-ROM LAN
Processing Checklist

Consult with the ERC to revise or delete the Electronic Resource Profile Record, as appropriate.

Delete the title from the LibraryWeb Where to Use the Libraries' CD-ROM Network page.

Delete the title from the Web Access To CD-ROM LAN Databases page, if appropriate.
Does the title need to be added to the Proxy Server?
If so, follow usual procedures.
Is the title newly available as a Web resource?
If so, publicize the title for end-users,
- Publicize the new NER title on the New E-Resources on LibraryWeb page.
- Publicize the new NER title for Libraries patrons by sending a message to resourcenews@libraries.cul. This email alias includes bboard@columbia.edu and will therefore post messages to the Columbia Bulletin Board.
Send email to cdroms@libraries.cul.columbia.edu to ask LSO MicroNet to
- de-install the title from the CD-ROM LAN
- delete it from the CD-ROM LAN Management Information page
- de-install Web-Launch access, if appropriate
- delete it from the List of Web Accessible CD-ROM LAN Databases page, if appropriate
Announce the changes related to the title on the CULnotes CUBBoard (send a copy to cul-ner@columbia.edu and K.Harcourt to ensure that the changes get reflected in CLIO) .

Count the transaction as a cancellation on the NER Admin Statistics spreadsheet.
