Changes to Citation Format (all Page Types)

The following changes in ejournal browse display are relative to the 2002 combined e-resources prototype. See also full page mockups at:

    1.  Remove <BR><BR> from first table, i.e.,

   2.  Make main content table 98% & align=right

   3.  Make "More info" image graphic "align=absmiddle"

   4.  Remove leading EJ graphic from citation display.  Bring ejournal title to left margin. (Possibly: use colspan="2" on first two columns of that row. See mockups.)

   5. Remove empty row just before bottom navigation table
