When generating the Ejournal "Name Listing" (i.e., for records
having Name_Item.tag = "110" or "111" or "710" or "711"), do not
output an entry if the Name.name string is listed in the Stop List
below. Note however that if the record carrying one of these
excluded Name.name strings ALSO includes other non-excluded
Name.name strings, citations should always be output under each
of those other non-excluded Name.name elements.
