| The following changes
in ejournal browse display are relative to the 3/1/03
version, at: http://www.columbia.edu/cu/libraries/inside/projects/ejournals/specs/subjects/key_1007_2003-01.html and are reflected in the new spec mockup at: http://www.columbia.edu/cu/libraries/inside/projects/ejournals/specs/subjects/key_1007_2003-03-26.html 1) Order of header 'toolbars'. Change order of header toolbar rows to parallel Title result screens (e.g., 1: Matches etc, 2: Display & Quicksearch, 3: Searchtype specific), e.g.,
2) Page Length. Add new drop down menu to result screen header to allow user to specify number of results to be listed per page. NB: The default selection is "25 per page": Display: 3) New Title Search. Create a new Quick Search option called "Title" which should be a left anchored title phrase search. Change display text "Title Words" to "Title Keywords"; change display text for "Subject Words" to "Subject Keywords". Make "Subject Keywords" the default selection. Quick Search : 4) Skip Ahead Menu. Change functionality such that "skip ahead menu" only appears on pages where the default page length is not "all listings". Also, if feasible, change the "skip ahead menu" at the bottom of the page to include up to 9 pages before and after the current page. Also change display text "Result page:" to "Jump to:" Current display:
